Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy defines technical and operational limits on how you may use Viral Drama and its systems, including any APIs. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Technical Activity

• Accessing or attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization (hacking).
• Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk-extracting content or data by automated means.
• Using bots, scripts, or other automation to interact with the Services except through interfaces we explicitly provide.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security, DRM, geographic restrictions, or rate limits, except where permitted by law.
• Abusing, overloading, or interfering with the Services or infrastructure (for example, denial-of-service attempts).
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Use

• Spam, mass messaging, or unsolicited promotion.
• Misusing the ad-unlock, rewards, referral, or subscription systems, including fraudulent or automated redemption.
• Transmitting malware, or content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights.
• Any unlawful purpose or any activity that violates these or other policies.

4. API and Integrations

If we provide an API or integration, you must use it only as documented and within any rate or usage limits. We may suspend access for abuse.

5. Security Research

We welcome responsible disclosure of genuine security vulnerabilities. Contact privacy@viraldrama.app before testing, do not access or modify other users’ data, and give us reasonable time to remediate. Good-faith research conducted under these conditions will not be treated as a violation.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where appropriate, legal action or referral to authorities.
