Viral Drama is a short-form vertical drama streaming app. Series are told in short episodes designed for your phone — you can watch a whole story in the time you'd spend scrolling.

Yes, you can start watching for free. The first episodes of every series are free to watch, and later episodes can be unlocked with coins or a subscription pass.

Yes. An account keeps your watch progress, watchlist, coins and unlocked episodes safe, and lets them follow you if you change phones.

You can sign in with your email address, with Google, or with Apple. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, that works normally — we'll use the private address Apple provides.

You must be at least 16 to use Viral Drama. Some series are intended for mature audiences.

The first 9 episodes of each series are free. From episode 10 onwards, you can unlock episodes with coins, or watch everything with a subscription pass.

The Reel is a scrollable feed of short clips from our series — a quick way to find your next show. Tap a clip to open the full series, or tap the heart if you like it.

Your watch progress is saved automatically. Reopen a series and it resumes where you stopped.

Not at the moment. Episodes stream over the internet, so you'll need a connection to watch.

Try these in order: check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, then restart your device. If it's still happening, contact us at support@viraldrama.app and tell us the series and episode — it helps us find the problem quickly.

Coins are the in-app currency used to unlock individual episodes. Buy a coin pack once, then spend coins on whatever you want to watch.

You can buy coin packs in the app. Packs range from small to large, and bigger packs give you more coins for your money.

No. Coins stay in your account until you spend them.

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so refund requests go through them, not through us. Coins that have already been spent to unlock an episode can't be refunded. You can find refund instructions in your store account.

Coins suit you if you watch occasionally and want to pick individual episodes. A subscription pass suits you if you watch a lot, since it gives you access without unlocking episode by episode.

Purchases usually appear within a few seconds. If they don't:

1. Make sure you're signed in to the same account you bought them with
2. Close and reopen the app
3. Tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen

A pass gives you ad-free viewing and access to content that would otherwise need unlocking. Exact benefits, duration and price are shown in the app before you buy.

Cancel through your store account, not through the app:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Viral Drama → Cancel
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Viral Drama → Cancel

Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends to avoid being charged again. You keep access until the period you've already paid for runs out.

Yes. Subscription passes renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen. Make sure you're using the same App Store or Google Play account you originally bought with.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.

You can also request deletion at viraldrama.app/data-deletion, or by emailing privacy@viraldrama.app from your registered address.

Unused coins are forfeited. They have no cash value and can't be refunded or transferred, so spend them before you delete.

No. This one catches people out. Deleting your account does not stop the billing — you must cancel the subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play settings, before you delete, or you'll keep being charged.

Yes. Your profile, watch history, watchlist, coin balance and preferences are permanently removed and can't be recovered. We keep only what we're legally required to, such as transaction records for accounting, and those no longer identify you.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email we send. If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, use that same button instead — those accounts don't have a separate Viral Drama password.

Yes. You can control them in the app's notification settings, where you can switch off marketing notifications while keeping important ones about your account. You can also turn them off entirely in your phone's settings.
