Child Safety Policy

1. Minimum Age

Viral Drama is rated 16+ and is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. Where you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Some content is intended for mature audiences and is age-rated accordingly.

2. No Knowing Collection from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us information should contact privacy@viraldrama.app.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

ScrollSolution FZCO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. Such content and conduct are strictly prohibited anywhere in the Services.

4. Reporting

Report any content or behavior that may endanger a minor immediately via the in-App report function or support@viraldrama.app. We review such reports as a priority, remove violating content, terminate responsible accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to the relevant authorities and child-protection organizations (such as NCMEC) where required by law.

5. Our Safeguards

Age gating and store age ratings appropriate to the content.
Prompt review of reports involving minors.
Cooperation with law enforcement and child-safety bodies as legally required.
