Refund Policy

Effective date: 7 July 2026 · Version 1.0

1. How Purchases Are Processed

All purchases in Viral Drama — including subscriptions and any one-time purchases — are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. ScrollSolution FZCO does not directly process payments and does not store your payment card details. Because of this, refunds are primarily governed by the policies of the store through which you purchased.

2. Requesting a Refund

  • Apple App Store: request a refund via Apple’s “Report a Problem” page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or your Apple account.
  • Google Play: request a refund through the Google Play Store or Google’s order-history page, subject to Google’s refund window and policies.

You may also contact us at support@viraldrama.app and we will try to assist, but the final decision and processing of store-based refunds rests with Apple or Google.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

  • Where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges that are verifiable.
  • A documented technical failure that prevented you from accessing a paid feature, where we are unable to resolve it.

4. When Refunds Are Generally Not Granted

  • Change of mind after a subscription period has begun and the service has been available to you.
  • Partial use of a subscription period — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
  • Failure to cancel before an auto-renewal or before the end of a free trial.
  • Virtual items or ad-unlock credits that have been consumed.

5. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund rules apply.

6. Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact your store provider and, if needed, support@viraldrama.app with your receipt so we can help investigate.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
