Intellectual Property Policy

1. Our Rights

The Viral Drama application, website, and all content we provide — including videos, series, software, source code, design, graphics, text, the Viral Drama name, logo, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to ScrollSolution FZCO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in our Terms of Service, no rights are granted to you.

2. Limited License to You

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content through the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content.

3. Trademarks

“Viral Drama”, the Viral Drama logo, and related marks are trademarks of ScrollSolution FZCO. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

4. Your Content License

If you submit User Content (such as comments or reviews), you retain ownership but grant ScrollSolution FZCO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with the Services, as described in our Content Policy.

5. Copyright Complaints (Notice and Takedown)

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@viraldrama.app including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices, may remove or disable access to the material, and may notify the party who provided it. Repeated infringers may have their accounts terminated. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
