Content Policy

1. Scope

Viral Drama is primarily a platform for viewing professionally produced short-form drama. Where the Services allow you to contribute content — such as comments, ratings, reviews, or feedback (“User Content”) — this Policy governs what you may and may not submit. ScrollSolution FZCO is not obligated to host any User Content and may remove it at its discretion.

2. Permitted Content

  • Honest opinions, reviews, and constructive feedback about content and the App.
  • Respectful discussion that complies with our User Conduct Policy.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not submit User Content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit, or that sexualizes minors in any way;
  • contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence;
  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or discloses others’ personal information without consent;
  • contains malware, links to harmful sites, or spam and advertising;
  • promotes illegal activity, fraud, or dangerous behavior;
  • impersonates others or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

4. Your Responsibility and License

You are solely responsible for User Content you submit and warrant that you have the rights to submit it. By submitting User Content, you grant ScrollSolution FZCO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services.

5. Reporting, Removal, and Appeals

To report content, use the in-App report function or email support@viraldrama.app. We may remove content that violates this Policy, with or without notice. If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may appeal by contacting support@viraldrama.app; we will review and respond. See our Moderation and Enforcement Policy for details.

6. Mature Content

Some content provided by us is intended for mature audiences and is labeled with the appropriate age rating in each store. You confirm you meet the applicable age requirements before viewing such content.
