Subscription Policy
1. Plans and Pricing
Viral Drama offers a free, ad-supported tier and one or more paid subscription plans that may provide benefits such as ad-free viewing and access to additional content. The name, benefits, duration, and price of each plan are displayed in the App at the point of purchase. Prices may vary by country and may include applicable taxes.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in your device account settings: App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Changing Plans
Where supported, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan through the store. Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, and proration is handled according to the store’s rules.
5. Free Trials and Offers
If a free trial or introductory offer applies, the terms (length and price after the trial) are shown before you subscribe. Unused trial time is forfeited when a paid subscription begins, where applicable.
6. Price Changes
We may change prices. Where required by the store or by law, you will be notified in advance and, where required, asked to consent before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.
7. Loss of Access After Cancellation
When your subscription ends, paid benefits stop and your account reverts to the free, ad-supported tier. Your account and saved data remain unless you delete your account.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the policies of Apple and Google.
