User Conduct Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy sets the standards of behavior expected from everyone who uses Viral Drama. It applies to all interactions within the Services, including any comments, ratings, messages, or other contributions, and to the way you use the App generally. Violating this Policy may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

2. Expected Behavior

• Treat other users and our team with respect.
• Use the Services lawfully and honestly.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.
• Report content or behavior that violates this Policy.

3. Prohibited Behavior

You must not engage in, encourage, or facilitate any of the following:

3.1 Harassment and abuse

• Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating any person.
• Hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
• Encouraging or glorifying violence, self-harm, or suicide.

3.2 Fraud and deception

• Impersonating another person, brand, or our staff.
• Creating fake accounts, or operating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
• Phishing, scams, or attempts to obtain others’ credentials or payment details.

3.3 Spam and manipulation

• Posting spam, repetitive, or irrelevant content.
• Manipulating the Services — for example, abusing the ad-unlock or rewards system, exploiting bugs, or artificially inflating views or engagement.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access.

3.4 Illegal and harmful activity

• Posting or distributing illegal content, including content that infringes copyright.
• Recording, screen-capturing, or redistributing our streamed content.
• Any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

You can report a violation in the App or by emailing support@viraldrama.app. We review reports and may take action under our Moderation and Enforcement Policy. We may act on violations even without a report. Serious or illegal conduct may be referred to law-enforcement authorities.
