Account Termination Policy
1. Termination by You
You may stop using Viral Drama and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, the web form at https://viraldrama.app/data-deletion, or by emailing privacy@viraldrama.app. Deletion is handled under our Data Deletion Policy.
2. Termination or Suspension by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate our Terms or policies, if required by law, to prevent harm or abuse, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Severe violations may result in immediate termination.
3. What Happens to Your Data
On termination, your personal data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy, subject to limited retention required by law or for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Terminating or deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google; cancel it separately in your store settings. Except where required by law or our Refund Policy, fees already paid are non-refundable, and amounts owed remain payable.
5. User Content
After termination, we may remove your User Content, though copies may remain in backups for a limited period or where retention is legally required. License terms in our Content Policy that by their nature should survive will continue to apply to content already distributed.
6. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Provisions of our Terms that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply.
